An exhibition jointly planned
by AGC Inc. and NOMURA Co., Ltd

The design exhibition of “Light Control Shoji” combined with LC MAGIC, glass, and wooden grids, as well as the spatial presentation linked with the sound and LC MAGIC's on/off, was adopted as a proposed exhibition of functional interior materials for future commercial facilities and office spaces.

Design concept

Under the theme of "Enchant with glass, a little ahead into the future.", we exhibited the "Light Control Shoji" which combines highly designed lattice and glass with the LC MAGIC’s light control functions.

By turning the switch on and off, it enables to switch the scenes, like controlling gaze, maintaining privacy and creating a presentation of freedom, which made the modern functions fused with the traditional design beauty of Japan.

In addition, the spatial presentation by linking the sound and LC MAGIC on/off function was received good assessment as an interior material of the future that requires digital multi-functions in addition to the design-ability.

  • This exhibition is a collaboration planning exhibition and a prototype exhibition.
  • Even if we receive a specific inquiry, we cannot commit the supply.
