Our Corporate Creed is the standard that every one of us at Toppan keeps in mind while working. It is made clear through five different points of view.

Corporate Structure -Conduct Guidelines-

The Conduct Guidelines set out the basic concepts and guidelines for behavior that enable all who work at Toppan to act in accordance with a law-abiding spirit and corporate ethics. They are comprised of 65 clauses divided into two chapters.
Following the establishment of the Conduct Guidelines in June 2000, they were revised twice, in July 2003 and in April 2006, in order to further enhance compliance management. With Toppan marking the 110th anniversary of its founding in 2010, the Conduct Guidelines were then extensively revised and positioned as guidelines shared by the entire group in order to enhance globalization and group management.
