CSR at Toppan

Realizing an ideal " Corporate Structure" to grow in harmony with society and the global environment

In 2000, the centennial anniversary of our founding, we established TOPPAN VISION 21 as a corporate vision for the 21st century. TOPPAN VISION 21 consists of an ideal "Corporate Structure" for us as a corporation and "Business Fields" in which we operate to realize the Corporate Structure.
The Corporate Structure reflects the basic concept and directionality of the activities undertaken by Toppan to grow in harmony with society and the global environment. It is made up of three elements: the Corporate Philosophy, Corporate Creed, and Conduct Guidelines. These elements specify a complete set of values, standards, and guidelines for our business operations. We will fulfill our social responsibilities by realizing this Corporate Structure.

TOPPAN VISION21

Pursuing CSR initiatives satisfactory to all stakeholders
・Five stakeholder categories

We have defined five categories of stakeholders for our CSR initiatives: customers, business partners, communities, employees, and shareholders/investors. We engage in dialogues with stakeholders to pursue CSR activities.

・Stakeholder dialogue

CSR activities are steps a company takes up to address the issues that society expects corporations to help solve. Toppan strives to develop more compelling, relevant initiatives satisfactory to all people both in society and inside Toppan.
Towards this end, we are promoting CSR activities by drawing benefits from stakeholder views gained through various communication channels.
