In Industrial Materials, we develop sophisticated functionality and materials broadly cognizant of not only residential space needs but also emerging living environment needs. We do this with technical development capabilities, manufacturing technology, and processing technology built on our origins in printing, and provide products to a broad range of customers in Japan and abroad. Toppan has gained international acclaim for design development that takes advantage of our own unique creative design capabilities. We offer a wide array of living space products including decorative paper and films, decorative panels, interior fixtures, wallpaper, and finished products.
As a leader in the development of environmentally friendly products, Toppan has earned strong customer support. We broke new ground in the industry with Toppan Ecosheet interior decorative film and Toppan Ecowall wallpaper, and combined natural materials with Toppan printing technology to create our NaturArt decorative laminated board. Furthermore, we are responding to diverse customer needs by enhancing our line of environmentally conscious products in the form of the "101" Series of original decorative films.
By providing information and software for interior trends, space coordination, databases and other resources, we formulate proposals for the realization of living space which meets the needs of society and consumers. We also pursue these activities globally through an international network with locations in places like Atlanta, London and Düsseldorf.
